By purchasing or using ClawFarm you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
ClawFarm is Android device automation software. Upon purchase, a license key is delivered automatically. Setup and operation are fully automated — no manual intervention from our team is involved in your use of the software.
Upon purchase you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use ClawFarm on the number of devices specified in your plan. You may not sublicense, resell, or transfer the software to any third party.
You agree to use ClawFarm only for lawful purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:
Violation of these terms results in immediate account termination without refund.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found in violation of these terms, at any time and without prior notice. Termination does not entitle the user to a refund.
ClawFarm is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Use at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClawFarm's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email where possible. Continued use of ClawFarm after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
